There is more to a great party bus event than just renting the bus. You need to make sure you get a bus package that covers all your bases and that you have a basic plan in place for the evening. Combine that with an attitude primed to have a good time, and you will have a successful evening. The following guide can help you get everything lined up for the party.
Tip #1: Check out the refreshment options
The types of refreshments available on a party bus can vary depending on the company and local rules. At the bare minimum, make sure your bus has a snack bar or will allow you to bring in your snacks – it's hard to have a party without a few nibbles! Next, look into the beverage situation. At a bare minimum, you need a mini bar so you can serve up a few cocktails. Keep in mind that you may not be allowed alcoholic drinks if there will be any minors accompanying you, but a nonalcoholic bar should still be an option.
Tip #2: Create a play list
Music sets the mood, so you need to make sure that you have a rocking play list planned. Most party buses give you the ability to set your own play list through your MP3 player or other device, or you may be able to pick out a curated list directly from the bus company. Let them know what you want ahead of time so that the jams are already pumping when the bus shows up for pickup.
Tip #3: Pick a destination (or three)
It may seem like fun just to drive around in the bus for a few hours, but this can get old fast. It's best to have at least one destination in mind. If you are renting the bus for a trip to a specific event, the destination takes care of itself. Otherwise, you may want to plan a route for your driver. For a bachelor party, for example, an idea is to route the bus to a few hot drinking venues. For a going away party, perhaps the destination is to the top of a nearby hill for a last look at the nighttime view of the city below. Be creative when planning out your stops.

Hi there, I am Taylor Eilson. I hope that you will visit my site all of the time to talk about airport transportation. When I first started my career, I was so scared of traveling from place to place for business meetings. The process of storing my car, making it to my flight on time and moving around town without a personal vehicle felt daunting at first. Luckily, with my first experience taking a cab to the airport, all of those feelings changed. From that point on, I vowed to try out all of the airport transportation options available to find my favorite ones. I hope that I can help others find their favorite way to travel to and from the airport in style. Please come by anytime to learn more.
